Our Story
Anchor Engineering Solutions was founded to close a simple gap: too many building projects in the region were losing money and safety margin to poor supervision. We started as a small structural consultancy and grew into a full-service civil and construction management practice, without ever handing site oversight to someone other than a qualified engineer.
Today our team supports government, private and residential clients — from a single-storey renovation to multi-building infrastructure programmes — with the same document discipline and site presence on every job.
Anchor opens as a small structural design office serving local contractors.
Full-time site supervision and construction management services launch to close the gap between design and delivery.
Anchor begins delivering civil works and infrastructure programmes for public and institutional clients.

Anchor is a leader in many diversified markets with a focus on infrastructure, environmental, energy, water and waste water treatment. Anchor delivers design/design-build, program and project management services. We pride ourselves in our ability to listen to clients and understand their needs.

Anchor aims to produce high quality engineering design in concept, in detail and in execution, on time, to programme and delivering excellent value for money. We treat our clients and each other with respect. We are honest and say what we mean. We encourage open debate, and if we think someone is making a mistake, we say so, tactfully. We do not play political games. Once a decision is made, we are committed to following through.
We are thoughtful. We understand the value of experience, but we also question traditional approaches, looking for better, smarter ways to do things — the answer "we've always done it that way" is not enough.
